Cancellations of registration received by 10th October 2016 will be refunded minus a £50 administration fee. Cancellations received after 10th October 2016 are non-refundable. Notice of cancellations must be sent by e-mail info@beavrs.org
If for any reason the meeting is cancelled, BEAVRS is not responsible for covering airfare, hotel, or other costs incurred by delegates.
If you are prevented from attending the meeting, you will be given the opportunity to send a colleague in your place. Name changes are possible until 10th October 2016. For name changes after 10th October 2016 there will be a charge of £50 per name change.
The participant acknowledges that he/she has no right to lodge claims against the organisers should the holding of the meeting be hindered or prevented by unexpected political or economic events or generally by force majeure, or should the non-appearance of speakers or other reasons necessitate programme changes. With registration, the participant accepts this proviso.
