The exhibition will be in the form of trestle tables.
Please note that access to the exhibitor area for set up will be from 8am on November 20th
Please provide names of representatives for your booth by October 15th
As the venue is a listed building there may be some accessibility issues. If planning on unloading equipment please advise specifications so I can confirm with the venue the best method of transporting items into the building.
The venue will provide a 5ft trestle table, two chairs and a power supply for each exhibitor. Please advise if you have any additional requirements.
All deliveries should be clearly marked with the name and date of you event with a contact name and number. As the venue has limited storage any deliveries should be made on the day or day prior to your event unless requested.
Please confirm date of expected deliveries and Courier Company name.
