These terms and conditions, as may be amended from time to time, apply to all services available online. By accessing, browsing and using our website or any of our applications through whatever platform (hereafter collectively referred to as the “website”) and/or by completing registration, you acknowledge and agree to have read, understood and agreed to our privacy statement and the terms and conditions set out below.
These pages, the content and infrastructure of these pages, and the online exam registration service provided on these pages and through the website (the “service”) are operated and provided by BEAVRS and are provided subject to the terms and conditions set out below.

1. Scope of our Service
Through the website we provide the facility through which users can register for the British and Eire Association of Vitreoretinal Surgeons. (hereafter BEAVRS) events and membership. By making a reservation through BEAVRS you enter into a direct (legally binding) contractual relationship with BEAVRS.

When rendering our services, the information that we provide is based on the information given to us by the BEAVRS. As such, the BEAVRS are fully responsible for the registration price, availability of places and other information which is displayed on our website. Although we will use reasonable skill and care in performing our services we will not verify if, and cannot guarantee that, all information is accurate, complete or correct, nor can we be held responsible for any errors, any interruptions, (whether due to any (temporary and/or partial) breakdown, repair, upgrade or maintenance of our website or otherwise), inaccurate, misleading or untrue information or non-delivery of information.

2. Credit card
We require credit card details in order to guarantee your registration for the annual congress and membership. Card payments are safely processed through a third party payment processor and are not directly made from your bank account to the bank account of the BEAVRS.
In the event of credit card fraud or unauthorised use of your credit card by third parties, most banks and credit card companies bear the risk and cover all the charges resulting from such fraud.

3. Cancellation
Refunds will be offered to cancelling before the deadline of each annual event. A fee of 10% will be charged to cover administrative and service costs. No refunds will be offered to candidates cancelling after the specified deadline for each event. .
